The criminal code covers a series of offences dedicated to technological evolution and the resulting changes in behaviour.
The Firm professionals’ work covers unauthorised access to a computer system, IT fraud and failure to supervise the internet provider, and traditional crimes using new technologies, including embezzlement using computer tools, money laundering and extortion committed using electronic currency (cyber-laundering and cyber-extortion). This last type of cyber crime covers offences that are not strictly financial, i.e. criminal impersonation and digital identity theft.
