After graduating with honours from the University of Milan with her dissertation on "Arbitration and the Brussels I Regulation", Silvia Saracchi worked in civil and commercial law.

A keen student of civil procedure and private international law, she gained significant experience in family and inheritance law and protecting vulnerable parties. 

She worked with a specialised international law firm where she participated in cases that have led to important Court of Cassation and its Joint Division’s orders.

She has been working with Studio Penco since 2021. She mainly deals with out-of-court and court assistance in favour of companies, professionals and private individuals.
