Dell’Agnello’s primary focus is on compliance under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, particularly the implementation and updating of Organisation, Management and Control Systems, Codes of Ethics, assistance and support to Supervisory Board and Corporate Governance activities. After working for a leading law firm specialising in economic criminal law, she has worked with Studio Penco as a trainee lawyer since 2021.

Graduated with honours from the University of Milan, since December 2020, Dell’Agnello has been working with the chair of criminal procedural law and criminal liability of entities and tort liability arising from such crimes under legislative decree no. 231/2001 as a member of the examination board. During her last year at university, she did an internship at a renowned international law firm.
